Bookings

A booking is subject to service-area eligibility, professional availability, payment and any required manual approval. Accurate customer, address and access information must be provided.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The booking summary identifies services, travel fees, discounts, GST, deposits and remaining balances. Payment is verified through the configured payment provider.

Service delivery

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access. Service scope is limited to the selected booking items unless an authorised variation is agreed.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
